Mix everything well.- Add mutton kheema and mix well.- Add water and again mix well.- Close the lid and let the kheema cook on 5-6 whistles.- Once the kheema is cooked put it in another pan.- Keep stirring the kheema on slow flame till it becomes thick & starts to leave the sides of the pan.- Allow the kheema to cool down.- Then put in the mixer grinder. Add bread crumbs. Grind everything well.- Take the mixture on a plate. Add coriander leaves and mix well.- Make small size kababs.
