CHAI SPICED PEANUT BUTTER
INGREDIENTS
16 oz peanuts
1 Tbsp honey
Chai Spice Blend (1 Tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp cloves, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1tsp cardamom, 1 tsp allspice -- adjust to your flavor preference!)

PROCEDURE
1. Mix everything in a food processor and let it run! It'll take 5-10 minutes to get to a butter consistency, going through the phases of crushed peanuts, powder, paste, thick last, dough ball, and then a butter!
2. Just keep it running until its as smooth as you want it!

This recipe yields 32 servings.
NUTRITION per serving (1 Tbsp):
82 calories | 3g carbs | 7g fat | 3.5g protein

**Alyssia's tip: Pour your spices in the processor first so they don't all blow to the top and can all be integrated well!**
