Homemade Root Beer

A frosty mug of ice-cold root beer is the perfect drink for a tasty meal. Make it for a party or event and youll get plenty of ohs and ahs and yums! when your guests discover that you made it yourself!

Ingredients

16 cups cold water
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons root beer extract
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 pound dry ice broken into chunks

Instructions

1 In a large drink dispenser or container, add in water, sugar, root beer extract and vanilla extract. Stir until there is no granulation.

2 Add in chunks of dry ice and stir. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes:
Dry Ice does not store. Needs to be used right away, If you want to make the rootbeer ahead of time, add in the dry ice a bit before you are ready to serve it to give it the best bubbles and fogginess.
