Honey Chilli Chicken Wings

A unique non-vegetarian recipe that has flavors of chicken, chilli and soya both. you can enjoy this dish with roti,paratha or any bread of your choice
Ingredients:-

Oil 5-6 Tbsp
Chicken Wings 12-15
Oil 2 Tbsp
Garlic Chopped 1 Tbsp
Ginger Chopped 1 Tbsp
Sesame Seeds 1 tsp
Onion Chopped 1 small
Chilli Paste 3 Tbsp
Tomato Sauce 2 Tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Mixed Herbs 1 Tbsp
Honey 1 1/2 Tbsp


Method:-
1) Heat oil in a pan and add chicken wings. Cover and cook for 8-10 mins or till the skin browns . Turn the chicken in between once one side is browned.
2) Remove the chicken from heat and keep aside.
3) In pan heat 2 Tbsp of Oil and add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, sesame seeds and sauté for 30 secs.
4) Add onion and cook till onion is translucent.
5) Add chili paste, tomato sauce, soya sauce, salt, mixed herbs and cook till sauce thickens
6) Add honey and mix well
7) Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate Serve hot.
