Honey Walnut Prawns- fried with a tempura batter and quickly tossed in a honey sauce and sweetened walnuts! Tastes just like take-out, but BETTER! Worth a try.HONEY WALNUT PRAWNSIngredients 16 medium prawns, peeled and deveined1 tbsp honey5-6 California Walnuts, halved 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp chopped garlic2-3 spring onion bulbs, sliced¼ medium green capsicum, cut into small cubes¼ medium yellow capsicum, cut into small cubes¼ medium red capsicum, cut into small cubes1 tsp red chilli flakesSalt to taste1 tsp soy sauce1 tsp lemon juice¼ cup diagonally sliced spring onion greensMethod1. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add spring onion bulbs, green capsicum, yellow capsicum and red capsicum and toss on high heat for 30 seconds. 2. Add California Walnuts and toss. Add chilli flakes and toss. Add prawns and salt, toss and cook for 1 minute. 3. Add soy sauce, toss and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add honey, lemon juice and ¾th of spring onion greens and toss well. 4. Serve hot garnished with remaining spring onion greens.
