Hot Chocolate 2 ways

Ingredients for Hot Chocolate:
Milk 1 Liter
Cocoa powder 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Slurry (corn flour 3 tbsp + water 1/2 cup)
Cshocolate 1 cup
Whipping cream 2 cups
Chocolate shavings as required
Lotte Choco Pie as requires

Ingredients for Espresso Hot Chocolate:
Milk 1 Liter
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 cup
Coffee mixture (coffee 2 tbsp + hot water 1/2 cup)
Chocolate 1 cup
Whipped cream as required
Lotte Choco Pie as required
Chocolate shavings as required


Directions for Hot Chocolate Preparation:
1. In a bowl add whipping cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form. Set aside.
2. In a glass add water, corn flour and mix it well. Your slurry is ready. Set aside.
3. In a pan heat milk and add cocoa powder. Mix it well.
4. Turn on flame and cook until starts to boil. Now add chocolate, sugar and cook until sugar melts.
5. Add slurry and mix it well. Your Hot Chocolate is ready.
6. In a glass add Lotte Choco Pie and pour the prepared Hot Chocolate over it. Top it with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, Lotte Choco Pie and enjoy.
Directions for Espresso Hot Chocolate Preparation:
1. In a bowl add hot water, coffee and mix it well. Your Coffee Mixture is ready.
2. In a pan add milk and cook until it starts to boil.
3. Now add chocolate, coffee mixture and cook for 1-2 mins.
4. Now add cocoa powder, sugar and cook until sugar melts.
5. Your Espresso Hot Chocolate is ready.
6. In a glass add Lotte Choco Pie and pour prepared Espresso Hot Chocolate over it.
7. Add whipped cream, chocolate shavings, Lotte Choco Pie on top and serve.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Serving: 2 persons
