HOT SAUCE!

Lacto Fermenting chillies to make an epic hot sauce!!

Fermented Chillies

500g fresh assorted chilli
4 cloves of garlic
Small thumb sized piece of ginger

Hot sauce

320ml of the chilli brine
7 tbsp apple cider vinegar
7 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
75g of roasted carrot
1 tbsp tamari
