Get with this American classic.Check out our new gaming channel: http://www.youtube.com/originalgamershowGet our new cookbook at any one of these online stores:http://books.simonandschuster.com/Epic-Meal-Time/Josh-Elkin/9781476746012http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/147674601X/simonsayscomhttp://www.booksamillion.com/ncom/books?isbn=147674601Xhttp://www.indiebound.org/book/9781476746012http://www.amazon.com/Epic-Meal-Time-ebook/dp/B00DX0F4GY/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1377531556&sr=1-1&keywords=epic+meal+timehttps://itunes.apple.com/us/book/isbn9781476746029Tools & Ingredients:2 mixing bowlsAluminum FoilBaking tray Whisk or hand blender Large Ziploc bag or piping bag1 long wooden skewerCooking spray1/4 cup of flour1 and 1/2 cups of sugar1 package of yellow cake mix1 and 1/2 cups of shortening1 and 1/2 cups of unsalted butter2 teaspoons of vanilla 1 cup of cold milk 3/4 cup of water 4 egg whites1 empty spice shaker Instructions:1- Add the cake mix to a mixing bowl2- Add 3/4 of a cup of water to the cake mix3- Mix thoroughly 4- Separate four yolks and keep only the egg whites 5- Use the blender to mix the eggs until the peaks are stiff 6- Pre-heat the oven to 325F7- Mix 1/3 of the egg whites into the batter8- Combine the remaining egg whites to the batter9- To fold you must first scoop underneath10- Fold the batter over11- Turn the bowl to complete the process12- Repeat this process until the batter and egg whites become one consistent color13- Grab an empty spice bottle and aluminum foil14- Fold the aluminum foil in half15- Place the empty spice bottle at one end of the aluminum foil16- Fold the aluminum foil over the bottom of the spice bottle17- Crease the end of the aluminum foil18- Roll the two together19- At the 1/4 mark fold the bottom in 20- Push the bottom down to create a flat surface21- Remove the spice bottle22- Grease the inside of the twinkie cases 23- Fill a piping bag with the batter you created earlier24- Take the cake batter and fill the twinkie case 3/4 to the top25- Place the twinkies in the oven for 30 minutes26- Add 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar to a large mixing bowl27- Add 1 and 1/2 cups of softened unsalted butter28- Add 1 and 1/2 cups of lard29- Mix all the ingredients together 30- Add 1 cup of milk31- Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla 32- Remove the twinkies from the oven and let them cool to room temperature 33- Fill the piping tube with cream34- Use the dull end of a skewer to poke two or three holes in each twinkie35- Place the piping bag in the hole and fill it with cream...
