Ingredients:
1 1/2 c cake flour
2 1/2 ts baking powder
1/2 ts baking soda
1/4 ts fine salt
2 egg whites + 1/8 ts cream of tartar
3/4 c sugar
6 tb soft, unsalted butter
2/3 c strawberry puree {or jam/preserves}
1/2 c whole milk, buttermilk {coconut/almond would be nice too}
1 ts pure vanilla
Whipped Topping:
1 ts unflavored gelatin + 4 ts water
1 c heavy cream
5 tb confectioners sugar
