Coconut Curry Chicken Sauce is very tasty sauce to eat with different food, like white rice, coconut rice, potato,and yam. Ingredients used: 800ml (2 Cans) coconut milk, 10 chicken wings, 2 mushrooms, 1 red medium onion, half green bell pepper, half red bell pepper, half yellow bell pepper, 1 carrot, half teaspoon of garlic powder, half teaspoon of ginger powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 and half tablespoon of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of thyme, 3 maggi cubes.
