How To Cook THAI DUMPLINGS Giew Moo Goong Authentic Recipe #46

I sometimes get a craving for dim sum breakfast and there's nothing better than making your own. My dumpling recipe is quick & easy - just boil them in a pot and you can fill them with pretty much anything you like. In this recipe I make mine with delicious prawn and pork filling but you can just as well use vegetable, chicken or whatever you fancy. Serve with some crispy veggies or alternatively in a simple soup broth (Giew Nam).
