A really simple way to funk up brussel sprouts. Pan fried with ginger, chilli and garlic in a sweet tamari and sesame dressing.. simple yet very elegant!(takes 5 mins to cook, 5 mins to prep and serves 4 side servings)12 Brussel sprouts chopped up finely1 inch cubed of ginger chopped finely1 red chilli chopped finely (take out seeds if you dont want it too spicy)1 T olive oil2 Tablespoon sesame oil2 Tablespoon Tamari/Soy sauce1 Tablespoon honeyTake out a non stick wok or large non stick frying pan put it on the stove at high heat. Add the oil and leave it to heat up. Mix the tamari, sesame oil and honey together to create the sauce.Once the pan is hot add the ginger and chilli and fry for 1 minute then add the brussel sprouts and the sauce fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes.
