How to Make Authentic Thai Tom Kha Gai Soup (Chicken Coconut Soup) |

What does Tom Kha Gai mean? Tom = Soup, Kha = Galangal and Gai = Chicken. So basically galangal root is the star of the soup!
A simple delicious recipe for one of Thailands most popular soups!
Full of fragrance from, of course, galangal lemongrass, Kafir Lime Leaves.
A little bit spicy but also soft and creamy from coconut milk.
