raw sesame seeds 31 g
raisins, dried mulberries, pumpkin seeds
cashews and walnuts total 100 g
dried black and yellow apricots 80 g
dried black plums 50 g
dried figs 75 g
tahini and grape molasses total 140 grams
small cocopops 40g
The energy bar crumbs we made before are 120 gr
