Add a cup of water in it and cook until the oil separates. 4. In a pan add oil and cumin seeds, curry leaves, and red chilies (whole) and cook until they sizzle. Now add yogurt to it. 5. In a bowl add prepared masala, fried baingan, prepared yogurt mixture, again fried baingan, prepared masala, and prepared yogurt. 6.
