This is a delicious recipe from Ijebu Ode Nigeria. It's a very delicious traditional stew which is really dear to the people in this region and even beyond. I used Ogiri which is a food enhancer (if you like the umami flavor you will like Ogiri) and it's made from the fermentation of Egusi seeds, locust bean, sesame seed, Fluted pumpkin seeds or castor Oil seeds - depending on the tribe.Ogiri is very easy to find in Nigerian markets but if you live outside Nigeria it can be a task; you can either check the African stores or simply replace with seasoning cube. Here is the written recipe: http://cheflolaskitchen.com/egusi-ijebu/Here is the link to how I made the Sauce I used in the recipe https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3i1mVB1__NgYou can also find me here;Blog http://cheflolaskitchen.comFacebook https://www.facebook.com/ChefLolasKit...Instagram https://www.instagram.com/cheflolaski..-~-~~-~~~-~~-~-Latest Video: "Super Crispy Baked Potato Wedges" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YaVCk-U-Vic-~-~~-~~~-~~-~-
