How To Make Hasselback Pork Tenderloin Ken Panagopoulos

Similar to hasselback potatoes, this is a recipe on how to make hasselback pork tenderloin. This very impressive and super delicious pork recipe only looks like it was complicated to make. Try it today, love it forever....

Ingredients List:

- Pork tenderloin
- 150g feta cheese
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 1 tbsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp. fennel seeds
- 2 garlic cloves
- Kalamata olives
- Stuffed green olives
- 1/4 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

1. Pre-heat oven to 375*f/180*c
2. Cut slits into pork 3/4 of the way through, 1/2" apart
3. Cut feta into 1" square pieces about a 1/4" thick
4. Place in slits of pork
5. Cut red pepper into same sized pieces as feta and stuff into pork slits as well
6. Drizzle with olive oil
7. Sprinkle with fennel and rosemary
8. Finely chop garlic and rub over pork
9. Add olives around pan
10. Roast for 45-60 minutes or until pork is cooked through
