Ingredients

1 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup honey
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup grated zucchini


Instructions

1 00:00:16 - Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and lightly grease one 8x4 inch loaf pan.

2 00:01:01 - In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, wheat flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.

3 00:01:25 - Pour in applesauce, honey, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.

4 00:02:10 - Use a rubber spatula to fold in grated zucchini. Transfer to the prepared pan.

5 00:02:39 - Bake 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
