How to Make Homemade Chocolate Pocky : Easy Asian Snacks

Easy to make, these are crunchy and sweet. Enjoy this scratch made pocky at home!

Ingredients

c + 1 tb unbleached flour
1 ts sugar
ts baking powder
ts fine salt
2 tb soft, unsalted butter
2 tb sweetened condensed milk
1 ts water
1 c melted chocolate {of your choice}

Instructions

You can use a food processor or mix this by hand. Begin by combining the dry ingredients.
Pulse/cut in the butter until combined.
Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and water and add it in.
Work until the dough comes together.
Gather into plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
When ready, pinch off pieces of the dough and roll out into chopstick like thickness. Try to make roughly similar sizes.
Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes or until it reaches your desired golden brown.
Cool for at least a couple hours before dipping into melted chocolate and decorate as you wish.
