How to make a juicy, spicy BANH MI sandwich with family

Our family came to town for the week and I was cooking up a storm. This video is very raw, organic and simply captures the moment as we prepared lunch after a day at the pool. Banh Mi is a vietnamese sandwich and in this version I used crispy pork belly (heo quay), some pickled daikon and carrot, fresh herbs and jalapeos.
Banh mi is served on baguette bread. There are many different layers of flavor, from savory, to fresh, spicy and pickled. I think Banh Mi is the ultimate sandwich.
