How to make a junk journal: Simple beginners tutorial

I am by no means an expert at making junk journals, it is just something I like to do to relax and be creative. This is only the third one I have made using this technique so please forgive that I am a complete amateur!
I shared one I made a while ago on Instagram and had lots of requests for a tutorial so I've tried my best!
