Important : Be careful while kneading the dough. Make sure it's well kneaded. Knead it for 5-6 minutes minimum. There should be no cracks or air trapped inside. Fry the kurkure on low flame. We got some complaints of the Kurkure bursting while cooking. Also, cover the Kadhai with a Thali while frying.
