Crispiest Bufalo Chicken Wings:Prep Time: 2-6 hoursCook time: 30-40 minutes Serves 1 personIngredients:5 Chicken wings (I like the wings, legs and flapper all connected. Cook as many wings as you are going to eat.)2ish tsp salt1 ish tsp of Cracked Black Pepper2 Tbsp Avocado oil cup Hot sauce2 Tbsp of unsalted butterProcedure:Salt and pepper your chicken wings. Make sure they are evenly coated.Lay your wings on a sheet tray (preferably with a roasting rack underneath.)Let your wings hangout in your fridge uncovered for at least 4 hours. 6-8 seems to work best for me.Crank your oven to its highest temperature.Pop in your wings and let them bake for 30-40 min (my oven is conventional and does not have the fan, so I leave mine in for longer.)While your wings are in the oven, heat your hot sauce until a simmer and whisk in your butter until it's melted.
