How To Make Lorenzo Tavani's Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings #shorts

Crispiest Bufalo Chicken Wings:

Prep Time: 2-6 hours
Cook time: 30-40 minutes
Serves 1 person

Ingredients:
5 Chicken wings (I like the wings, legs and flapper all connected. Cook as many wings as you are going to eat.)
2ish tsp salt
1 ish tsp of Cracked Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Avocado oil
cup Hot sauce
2 Tbsp of unsalted butter

Procedure:
Salt and pepper your chicken wings. Make sure they are evenly coated.
Lay your wings on a sheet tray (preferably with a roasting rack underneath.)
Let your wings hangout in your fridge uncovered for at least 4 hours. 6-8 seems to work best for me.
Crank your oven to its highest temperature.
Pop in your wings and let them bake for 30-40 min (my oven is conventional and does not have the fan, so I leave mine in for longer.)
While your wings are in the oven, heat your hot sauce until a simmer and whisk in your butter until it's melted.
They are done when the skin is crispy golden brown.
Toss those bad boys in your sauce and DIG IN!
