How To Make Nigerian Sausage Rolls Chef Lola's Kitchen

This is how we make our delicious Sausage rolls in Nigeria. I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients
31/2 Cups of all purpose Flour
3/4 Cup of Margarine
1/4 Cup of Butter
1 Teaspoon of Baking powder
6 to 8 Tablespoons of Water
A pinch of Salt
1 Egg plus 1 Tbs water for the Egg wash
1 stock cube
11/2 pound of Sausage Meat

NOTES
*You can use only Margarine for this recipe if you choose to but the Butter gives it a bit more enriched flavor.
*Don't overwork the dough in order to get the best out of the Sausage rolls
