How to Make Peanut Butter & Jelly Cookies - Easy Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/4 c unbleached/unbromated flour
1/2 ts baking powder
1/4 ts baking soda
1/4 ts fine salt
1 stick softened, unsalted butter
3/4 c granulated sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 c non-hydrogenated peanut butter*
1 room temperature egg
1 tb whole milk
1 ts pure vanilla extract
