I read that most adventure-type, outdoor athletes start their day with a bowl of oatmeal. But you need to make more than just oats! Here's one simple variety.


I don't even like oatmeal every day, but when I do make it, I like to add fruit, nuts, milk ... because you want your oatmeal to taste good :)
