Spaghetti Bolognese is an Italian recipe that is enjoyed by many Nigerians. It comprises mainly minced beef, made into a jolly sauce to be enjoyed with spaghetti. Bolognese is a tomato-based sauce but you can also add a little pepper to give it a kick. The Nigerian in us loves some extra pepper.INGREDIENTS Spaghetti Scotch bonnet pepper Onions Garlic Seasoning cubes Tomatoes Curry Yellow bell pepper Green bell pepper Red bell pepper Minced beef Vegetable oilSTEPS1. Wash and slice onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and bell peppers2. Place a pot of water on heat and allow it to boil3. Put spaghetti in the boiling water4. Add salt and a little oil5. Once the spaghetti is soft, sieve it and put it aside6. Place a frying pan on the heat7. Pour oil into the frying pan and heat it8. Add onions and fry9. Add garlic and ginger. Stir well10. Add seasoning cubes11. Add the minced beef to the mix 12. Add curry and stir well13. Add a little water and allow it to boil for few minutes14. Add the sliced bell peppers, habanero pepper, and tomatoes15. Stir well and allow it to simmer for a few minutes16. Serve spaghetti and the sauce.
