TO PREPARE SPAGHETTI SQUASH
Preheat oven to 375F.
Poke holes all over squash using a fork.
Bake in oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool until it can be handled (about 30 minutes).
Cut squash in half, lengthwise, using a sharp knife.
Scoop out the guts/seeds using a spoon.
Use a fork to shred squash, revealing it's "spaghetti" nature. All squash to within the skin is edible!

1g protein
