Daniel shows you how to make a very famous anju (bar-food) dish called golbaengi muchim. It may sound weird - but we are using a special type of sea snail. Sea Whelks to be exact. They don't really taste like anything, no strong taste... but they have a nice chewy texture to them. Very fun to eat with fresh vegetables. This one is really, really good. Enjoy with your favorite brewski!

If Sea Whelks seems too foreign to you, simply skip it. This salad tastes great with just the vegetables and noodles. Or... throw in a grilled meat of your choice ;)
