How to Make Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino - DIY From Scratch Recipe

How to make a Starbucks frappuccino at home for half the cost, REAL pumpkin, and even pumpkin spiced whipped cream. This is indulgence you can make anytime without even having to leave the house. Thick, creamy, rich and full of pumpkin spice, this is all of autumns offerings, swirled in a cup.

Ingredients:
1 c whole milk
1 1/2 c ice
1 shot espresso
1 c water
1 c sugar
2-3 whole cinnamon sticks
1/2 ts ground cloves
1/2 ts ground ginger
1/4 whole nutmeg
3 tb pumpkin puree
1/4 c heavy whipping cream + 3 tb pumpkin spice syrup

Instructions
Boil the water, dissolve the sugar. Add in all the spices. Bubble for 15-20 minutes. Strain and cool. {Store leftover syrup in the fridge}
In a blender, tip in the milk, ice, espresso and 5 tb of cooled pumpkin spice syrup.
Whip together the cream and syrup until it reaches stiff peaks. Swirl on top and enjoy.
Notes
*You can freeze the milk or syrup in an ice cube tray for a creamier consistency.
