How to make super creamy Pumpkin Seed Butter

If you are a nut butter addict (like us) you have to try this nut free version that we make with pumpkin seeds/pepitas. Many seed butters can be a little thick and compact but this truly isn't. It has great flavor, is lush, creamy and runny. You can make it with just roasted pumpkin seeds and salt, but one extra ingredient gives it that perfect runny consistency that is so so nice in any nut/seed butter!
Use it on sandwiches, yoghurt, porridge bowls, apple slice dunking, in energy bars and desserts.
