Makes 12 Cupcakes

CUPCAKES
70% choc 100g
60g veg oil
200g caster sugar
2 eggs
45g hot water
70g sour cream
60g malt
1/2 tsp vanilla
125g plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
bicarb

FILLING
115g double cream
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 tbsp horlicks
Pinch salt

GANACHE
300g Milk Chocolate
150g 54% Chocolate
250g Double Cream

Malted Milk Biscuits
400g Dark Chocolate
