For the dough
2 cups bulgur with meatballs
1 egg
1/2 cup flour (or little more)
2 cups of warm water
1 teaspoon of salt

For topping
1 1/2 cups yogurt
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
some salt

for the sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp mint
1 tsp black pepper
