How to Make Your Own PASTA SAUCE in THREE MINUTES -- for National Pasta Day!

What if it only took three minutes to make pasta sauce, vs heating up a premade batch? Well it does, if you start with crushed tomatoes.

1. Finely chop garlic, thyme or oregano and heat gently in high quality olive oil.
2. Stir in a can of crushed tomatoes (puree them first if you want a smooth texture), and add sea salt and a pinch of sugar to taste.
3. Heat until fully cooked and enjoy!

Many optional tastes can be added - but that's the basics! Meat, onion, peppers are all good choices.
