For breadcrumbs;1 cup breadcrumbs1 tsp black pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp salt DIRECTION Cut the chicken breast into stripes and place in a bowl. Add garlic powder, cayenne powder, rosemary powder, paprika, salt , mix to coat evenly and set aside. Thread on skewers and set aside. Mix bread crumbs with black pepper, garlic powder and salt. Dip the skewered chicken in egg wash and coat evenly with the bread crumbs mixture. Carefully drop in a heated vegetable oil and deep fry for 5 minutes. Fried chicken kebab ready. Serve warm with green pepper sauce.
