Ingredients
1 kg Beef (tozo)
1 kg kidneyor liver
1 kg shaki
1 1/2 kg Hard Chicken
1 1/2 kg Kpomo
1 1/2 Green Chili not spicy
1 full red bell pepper
1/2 EACH yellow & green bell peppers
6-8 Small sized Bay leaves
1 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tbs tumeric
1/2 tsp curry
1 Tsp Dry Basil
1 Tsp Italian herb
1/2 tsp korriander
1/2 tsp kumin
3 medium purple onions
1 Tsp Thyme
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs DRY SPICY HOT PEPPER
6-8 red and yellow scotch bonnets pepper
2 pair Knor cubes
1 set garlic
1 thumb ginger
FRESH Rosemary or fresh parsley or fresh basil or use three of them
Salt to taste
Cold Water as desired.
