How to Stay Accountable With Your Health Goals

Think about all of the times you've made a decision, a choice or even a promise to yourself that would help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Maybe you've decided to cook dinner every night or to get to the gym on Monday morning. How many times have you gotten to the point of implementing the new habit or behavior change, and simply thought, "eh, not today".

It's that situation where we may lack accountability, not motivation or willpower, but accountability to see that practice through.

Despite its importance, accountability is something that many of us struggle with daily, and in this video, I'm going to show you how to build accountability with yourself, and how to create accountability with others so you can follow through on your wellness goals.
