4-5 Bhindi sliced (Okra)
1 bowl curd
1tbsp salt
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp mustard seeds
6-8 curry leaves
Hing dissolved in water
1 tsp chopped ginger and chillies
Coriander for garnish
