Ingredients:
½ a liter of full fat milk
125g rock sugar
1 tbsp long grain rice, washed and rinsed
1 tbsp clarified butter
¼ tsp nutmeg powder
¼ tsp cardamom powder
Saffron for added colours
1 tbsp pistachio
1 tbsp almond, slivered
