Ingredients:
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- Few curry leaves
- Few coriander leaves & stem
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Dash of turmeric
- 1/2 tsp hing dissolved in water
- 1 tsp pepper & cumin seeds powder
- 1 cup dal water (2 tbsp dal cooked in 1/2 cups of water)

Tip: One can avoid tadka & use a lot of coriander instead
