This video will show you How to Cook Sisig Using Air Fryer. I made Pampanga style sisig, but added egg as an option. However, this ingredient is not commonly used in the said version. The result was fantastic. I plan to make sisig pizza with the leftovers.

Here are the ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs. pork mask
1/2 lb. pork belly
5 laurel leaves
1 tablespoon peppercorn
1 onion
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 quart water for boiling
2 tablespoons margarine

Dressing ingredients:
3 ounces chicken liver
2 ounces pig brain
Juice of 5 calamansi
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 onion, chopped
2 Thai chili pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons fish sauce
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
