Today, we show you how to make Jeju Island's Famous Meat Noodles. It's called Gogi Guksu in Korean ( ). I had it for the first time when I went to Jeju Island to get my scuba license. I still remember the taste of these noodles and how it hit the spot! We had it 3 days in a row for lunch. I've learned how to make it at home using packets - or beef bone packets. I think it may possibly be better than ramen... ;-)
