How to make Aloo Tikki | Potato patties | Appetizer | aloo cutlet | Indian Street Food (Khana pakana)

Potato Patties | Aloo tikki | aloo Cutlet is a very famous Veg Recipe all over the world.

Aloo tikki is used in many combination like 'Aloo tikki Chat' | "Aloo Tikki Burger" | "Ragda Patties" | snacks for kids

Aloo tikki can also be served with Sauce , Chole , Raita or Chutney

How to make Dry masala powder.
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp chaat masala powder
1 tbsp dry mango powder.

Ingredients :
2 tbsp Dry masala powder
3 medium sized potatoes
1 tbsp chopped onion
2-3 tbsp poha (Flattened rice / beaten rice)
1 smal piece of carrot
1/4 bowl green peas
1/2 bowl all purpose flour
1/2 bowl corn flour (slurry).
3-4 tbsp oil for frying tikkis
1/2 bowl bread crumbs.

Preparation :
- Rinse and boil potato and mash well.
- Take Oil into pan and heat oil
- Add chopped onion and stare.
- Add green peas and carrot , mix well and stare.
- Add mashed potato and stare for 3-4 minute.
- Add poha (Flattened rice)
- Add dry masala powder we prepared earlier
- Add salt and mix well.
- Make ball from mixture.
- Dip tikki into corn flour slurry
- Coat tikki with bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry the tikki into pan till golden brown and crispy.
- Aloo tikki is ready to serve.
