Once seeds start spluttering, add onions, ginger and salt. Saute till onions are soft and golden. will be about 3-4 mins- Add apples and sugar. Mix in vinegars. Cover and cook until apples are tender. Will be 4-5 mins.- Let the chutney cool down and then store in an airtight container.
