Apple Kheer Ingredients :-Ghee - 2 tbspApple Grated -2 mediumSugar - 5 tbspMilk - ½ literCondensed Milk - 1 tbspCardamom powder - ½ tspPistachio sliced - 4-5 noAlmond Slice - 4-5 noCashew nut Chop - 4-5noMethod:-1. Heat Ghee In a pan add in the grated apple and saute well.2. Add in 1 tbsp of the sugar and saute well until the mixture is dry. Switch off the flame and keep aside .3. Heat another pan and add milk and remaining sugar and bring to a boil . Reduce the milk to half on a medium flame string continuously.4. Now add in condensed milk, cardamom powder and stir well.5. Add in the pistachio, almonds, cashew nut and mix well.6. Now add in the apple mixture and mix well.
