Do try this and post your comments below.IngredientsBase160 gms or 1 cup Maida45 gms or 1/2 cup dessicated coconut100 gms or 1/2 cup butter80gms or 1/2 cup minus 1 tbsp sugarFilling60gms or 1/4th cup butter600 gms or 1 can condensed milk3 tbsp golden syrup or honeyTopping170gms or 1 1/2 cups chopped Dark chocolate1 tbsp vegetable oil Method- For the base, in a bowl mix maida, dessicated coconut, melted butter and brown sugar. Mix it well.- In a baking pan, place parchment paper and evenly spread the base mixture.- Prick it lightly on the top.- At 108 degree, bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.- For the filling, in a sauce pan heat condensed milk, butter and golden syrup.- Cook this mixture till it thickens.
