Chicken Kosha

Ingredient and Method

1. Heat the pan
2. Put ¼th mustard oil
3. For paste
4. 10 cloves of garlic
5. 1 tsp ginger paste
6. 2 small chopped tomatoes
7. mix this in a mixer
8. oil is hot now
9. 2 bay leaves
10. 2 cinnamon sticks
11. 2 cloves or elaichi
12. put the prepared paste in the pan
13. add 1 tsp red chili powder
14. 1 tsp haldi powder
15. give it a good mix
16. add chicken pieces
17. chicken should be well bhunoed
18. cover it up for 10 minutes
19. add few green chillies
20. salt to taste
21. little sugar
22. 1 tsp ghee
23. Bengali garam masala
24. Little bit of dhaniya leaves
25. Fried onions
26. Chicken Kosha is ready
