Rabri recipeINGREDIENTS:-Milk 6 cup (separate 1/4 cup from 6 cups)-Condensed milk 375g-Corn flour 1 tbsp-Green cardamom 1/3 Tsp-Pistachios 3 tbsp-Almond 3 tbsp-Saffron-Kewra water PROCEDURE:-Put a cooking pot on a flame and then add milk into it, wait until it gets boils, when milk gets a boil, till the milk starts to froth or form a layer of cream on top, gently move the cream layer then add a few strands of saffron, cook on low flame till 6 cups reduced to 3 cups(tip: stir it so it won't burn)-Bring the cream side of the pan and stick it to the pan, keep on simmering the milk like this and collecting the cream layer on the sides (it's important :) -Meanwhile add green cardamom, pistachio, Almonds, and condensed milk, stir it for 5-6 minutes very well and then after 6 minutes mix it well add kewra water in it, and in 1/4 cup of milk add 1 tbsp of corn and mix it, and then add it into milk, let it cook for 2-3 minutes.-Now turn off the flame and let it cool down, then refrigerate it for 1-2 hour -Tasty Rabri is ready, serve it with sliced crushed Almonds :) #CookingwithAsifa,#PakistaniFood, This channel is all about Cooking & Health.
