There are many types of dhokla like "Khaman dhokla" , "Vatidar khaman" , dhokla , steam dhokla. Here showing how to make Steam Dhokla.Here I am showing how to make Steam Dhokla.Ingredients : - Gram flour (Besan)- Ginger paste.- Garlic paste- Chili powder- Salt as par taste.- 1 tbsp sugar- Edible oil - Water to heat - 1/2 tbsp citric acid (fruit salt or baking powder).- Pinch of turmericPreparation : Prepare Batter : - Add Gram flour into bowl.- Add Butter milk into bowl to make batter.- Add fruit salt or baking powder and mix well and leave it for 4-5 hours- After 4-5 hours add ginger and Garlic paste into batter.- Add fruit salt or baking powder and mix well.- Add chili powder ,turmeric, salt and mix it well and keep aside.Preparing Dhokla.- Now take water into pane and hit still steam coming out.- After that Spread batter into Dish and put on pane for steam.- Cover the Batter dish for 12-15 minute.- Uncover it and check if it is thick enough.- Your Dhokla is ready to serve.:: Serve hot with Edible oil / Curds / Tea / Sauce.#FoodAndDrink#Recipe#Food#IndianFood#Foodie#RecipeoftheDay#Cooking#Vegetarian#Indian#Healthy#Delicious#Vegan#IndianCuisine#Recipes#yummy #How to
