How to Make Guntur Gongura Pachadi Recipe - Quick Pickles - Easy Food Cooking - Village Food FactoryIngredients1/2 Kg Gongura leaves130 Grams of Salt125 Grams of Red chilli powder120 Grams of Tamarind2 Garlic1 tsp of Methi/Fenugreek Powder3 tsp of Turmeric120 Grams of Oil for fry GonguraMethod:Wash gongura leaves and dry on clean cloth until water is evoperatedHeat oil in a fry pan on medium heat, add gongura leaves and stir well.While frying gongura leaves becoming stickyFry gongura and stirring until goes sticky and water. Then remove from stove, let it cool.Roast fenugreek/methi seeds and grind well make smooth powder, keep a side.Separate garlic cloves and remove skin keep aside.Soak tamarind for 20 min. then squeeze tamarind make pulp.Heat pan on medium heat, add tamarind pulp and boil untill tamarind became thick paste then remove from stove, let it cool.Now add tamrind pulp, salt, red chilli powder, garlic cloves, turmeric and methi powder and mix well.Keep in a jar and keep in dry place.
